Feels Nice But Doesn't Work

I love the way this feels but it's more like a moisturizer than a primer. I have very dry skin, so I don't understand how this primer and their different foundations stay on top of my skin and smear all day long without absorbing, esp. when using a setting powder. We all get makeup on our phone or anything we rub against our faces but this is different. It just smears. It's a shame. I love many of their other products.
