It is pretty good. Good energy though out the workout. No jitters or crash from what I could tell. I can chase the pump or push some weight. Powers me through both.

Good stuff

I love this stuff. The flavor is great and it really gives me the push when working out. I can really notice the difference now that I’ve been taking this.
