Have tried 2 other brands and so far Cowboy is the best in taste, and texture. I haven't really noticed in hair or skin, but my digestive system has improved dramatically. I don't mix into anything, I just prefer to dry scoop, I have about 6 scoops a day. I think, I might have an addiction 😆 I think the product could be a 5 ounce instead of 4.2 ounce. But Cowboy is my favorite!!
