Solid design and it seems well built. Purchased so i could train nordic curls, dragon flags and kore squats. Love that i can attach bands to the board too (much more comfortable than using my feet/body to anchor the bands in place). The Lite model is much bigger than I anticipated (definitely not a bad thing). Item is pricey, but im happy with my purchase as it will definitely get used often.

I'm not going to get to crazy with the work outs. Just military presses, sit ups, push ups, and work up to Kor squats. I'm an older guy so heavy lifting is out.
