Sync 3 Replacement Screen with new Digitizer

The service was amazing! I originally ordered an APIM and received a call to confirm a couple things upon which uncovered that I was ordering the wrong part. Mitral reply to emails at night and on weekends, and answered all my questions and ended up discovering I only needed the screen which was much less than the module.

I brought my 2016 f150 to ford to get my blinking screen taken care of, they attempted to update the firmware and told me my apim was bad. When I picked up the truck, the screen was dead. Everything worked when I brought it in,the screen was just blinking. I ordered a new apim and got the screen to come back but it was still blinking. I contacted a tech at all things sync and he told me that a blinking screen is almost always the screen. I ordered the screen and installed it. Everything works great now. I should have contacted everything sync first!

Staff are very knowledgeable, order was super easy,shipping was seamless, and install went as described.The component works great. I would definitely deal with them again. But I hope I don’t have to. That would mean I’m having issues again. LOL
