Not Impressed. I wore it to two meetings last week. It broke hour long meetings into many conversations so that I used up my "free" usage and transcription before the second hour was complete. So far, in reality it's not usable. It needs to have a control to start and stop and record everything in between and record only when asked. Poor design, instructions and UI.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected. The website statement of $16/month was not an option when i was reviewing the plans. After purchasing the $49/month plan, the $16/month plan became available. As for it's use, currently I'm not thrilled with it. It captures nearly everything as intended, however it does not generate the summaries for the info it captures as I need it. When dealing with troubleshooting the issues, you are dealing with an Ai agent so you can't be certain if your issues are truly being reviewed. Not certain if I will keep the plan going past the 1st month if it can't capture the info I need even though it sees & hears it.

Shipping was slow and product /device is porly made but the functunality is great. This has been a big help to my coaching
