Omg, this grain is amazing 👏 complex, chewy, and sucks up all the flavors you can throw at it.

We absolutely love the chewy texture and flavorful taste of this nutritious grain. It's a terrific side and a much more nutritious option whenever you might otherwise have used rice.

I cooked this grain as per The Flourist's instructions and it was absolutely delicious sand kept very well in the fridge for several days.
