It's love. I read reviews online (not this site) that said this fragrance is screechy. I don't find it to to be so at all. The cherry blossom is beautiful and along with the muguet and juniper, reads quite green to me. Years ago, I tried a Japanese gin that featured notes of sakura. This fragrance reminds me of that. It is well-blended and delicate, but long-lasting. I don't know if I get a sense of "cold," but it is the depths of a very hot Summer right now, so that may change. This is my first fragrance from d'Annam, and I'd like to try more.

I love clean scents in every season, but especially in summer. Sakura Snow has become my favorite go-to because it travels so well everywhere. For me, this scent is not big on sillage; rather it lies deep to the skin, never announcing itself until somebody gets fairly close. For me, the predominant note is definitely the cherry, but it is fresh, not cloyingly over-sweet. The musk lies underneath and the combination of these two particular scents is what won me over. I sampled first, so I knew the staying power was not so strong (hence the four stars), but I liked it so much,I had to have a full bottle. No regrets.

A lovely and clean scent. It does smell a little cold and has a fitting name. I really like this one!
