Started taking creatine courtesy of the free box with a subscription, and started to feel the reported benefits about 3 days in. Muscles feel fuller, I feel and look stronger. Hoping this translates to running when I'm back fully after injury. I like that it's a sachet per day and no fuss. Easy. Highly recommend if you like what I had written above. Cognitive Benefits

Haven't noticed an instant difference in strength but I'm only about half way through the pack and I know there's a loading period with Creatine. If anything I have noticed a cognitive benefit, will definitely keep using to get maximum potential out of the product. It's easy to use and the packets have definitely improved from when I first got Puresport Creatine a year or so ago - Packaging is high quality.
