V-Shaped Washable Wool Pillow

I'm in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and the first night I received the pillow I thought it was good, but it has been a month now and the pillow is deflated and is now causing back aches. I cant' return it since they only give you 14 days. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT. Too expensive and now I'm stuck with an uncomfortable expensive pillow.

The most fantastic pillow I think I've ever had.

The pillow shape is comfortable but it is floppy and goes flat easily because of the amount of wool inside. If you want a firmer pillow, you will have to spend $55 more for extra wool. My experience trying to resolve this issue with their customer service was very disappointing because even though my pillow was *below* their standard weight — meaning it had less wool than normal — it still fell within their “margin of error” so I was told my only option was to buy more wool. I will not purchase from this company again.
