They hold my peltor comtac 6 NIB headset tightly in place and are very comfortable and easy to set up, would have gotten 5 stars but one of the piecesthat holds the boom mic covers the left microphone causing audio distortion. if you don't need a boom mic there is no problem but otherwise 4 stars
