I have waited to write this review. It has now been over 2 years since I purchased Woolly boxers, and I can say that I will be buying Woolly boxers as long as Woolly is in business. I have a Woolly sticker prominently displayed on my Nalgene water bottle. People ask me about it, and I heartily, happily, and freely tell them that they should wear Woolly underwear like me. After about 2 years, some (NOT all) of my Woolly boxers have worn to the point that I need to stop wearing them. I have worn them to work (I’m a teacher), have crashed in them riding downhill MTB, and have loved their temperature-regulating prowess during all-day snow skiing excursions with my kids. They are the best. I wear each pair several times, allowing them to air out overnight (because that’s how wool works). You can just switch to a different pair for sleeping in a sort of rotation. I wash them on cold with regular detergent and tumble dry them on low. I share these details because I want prospective buyers to know how this wool underwear thing works. Maybe Woolite detergent would have lengthened the life a bit, but it’s hard to say. Again, not every pair is worn out — only a couple pairs. For thin Merino wool to last through this many cycles and this much active wear, the garments simply MUST be high quality materials and well-made. I wear wool socks exclusively and lots of wool sweaters during the colder months. I’m very familiar with wearing wool. Woolly boxers are unbeatable in their category. They’ve been comfortable in every weather: from dry desert heat, to balmy coastal humidity, to blowing snow. If you want a top-notch 100% wool boxer, there really is no other option. Just wear Woolly.

Great material.

The boxers material is great, the waist band strap however is weak to tearing in the back. One of my pairs tore where the waist band is sewn together on my first wear. Haven't seen it in the other pairs yet, but ive been careful not to stretch them. Overall very comfy product. If my other pairs last, ill be buying more.
