30 Calorie Artisan Bread

Delicious and Nutritious

I’ve been ordering the bagels for me and the challah rolls for my husband. I eat a lot of tuna and wanted to have sandwiches. I had been using pita but this bread is so much healthier with lower calories.

The bread is really good. The cinnamon and chocolate rolls are just okay. I haven't tried the bagels yet but if they are close to how the bread tastes I need to eat them now!!

I choose Royo bread as part of my diet to help me get my fiber in on a daily basis. It has been a game changer for me. Sometimes the top crust is a little tough, but that’s probably because I freeze it.
