Been using these for probably over 2 months, can’t really pinpoint the exact time. It’s been helpful, I am hoping that it continues to do so, I am fed up with trying different products, waiting for more than 30 days to be effective, then can’t return anymore because I waited 30 days for it to be effective. I go through that cycle, it’s frustrating. I don’t do reviews and recommendation unless it really worked for me. However, what works for me May not work for others. I try one product at a time and give that a chance in between periods to work, marinate in my gut, hoping, crossing my fingers to work….. I still get the occasional bloating, but I can deal with that. Overall, I will continue taking this. Do not change the formula (?), I guess just change it for better (?). Thank you for creating gut health supplements.
