The bike itself is great. Built really well, super fast. Tons of features. The only problem was the shipping. Fedex had the package for a week longer then they should have. The box was destroyed and had to be wrapped in plastic wrap. The label had to be replaced. There were a few small nicks from the damage during shipping but nothing I'm worrying about.
I don't know if the bikes are shipped with bad packaging or if FedEx just destroyed the box but that has been the only disappointment.

Overall extremely happy with the Freedom. It was much larger than I expected. The box and the bike suffered damage in transit. Wired quickly sent a replacement grip for the left side of the handlebars. Overall I am very pleased with customer service from Wired. Thank you.

Photos on Keuka Lake in Hammondsport,ny So love these bikes. Did a 63 mile trip around the lake, many large hills and returned with 40% battery charge remaining. So impressive everything about them. Went from over 2500 miles on Lectric 2.0’s to these Cadillacs. Omg what a difference and we loved our Lectrics. Great upgrade on our part!!
