I LOVE It

I've had a sous vide for years in our primary home. I really missed it in the summers but didn't want two units. I brought my circulator with me this summer and purchased a smaller water and cover for our condo. It has been great for us. I will just take my circulator back and forth.

Cooking for a crowd is a breeze

I am just learning sous vide cooking and this container is the perfect answer to cooking for a crowd. I love that there’s no possibility of over-cooking the meat. Everything is ready at once.

Great Container, poor lid design.

I have used the container many times now, but do not like the rubber type lid at all. I would prefer a more solid lid.
