Prebiotics and Probiatics
I still get bloated but I am also having at least 2 and sometimes 3 bowel movements a day which is great! That was not happening before. The only thing I would change is the label on these bottles. Font is too light and I can't read what it says on the bottle. The sent is wonderful...mint!

They did me right
Been using Ritual for at least 10 yrs now, and my labs re vitamins and minerals are always right where they should be. Most women in my area (Pacifica, Ca) have low vitamin D due to the minimal sun exposure, but not me!
