When the bike arrived. It had some damage. The De-railer guard was heavily bent, and the kickstand had sheared clean off. Wired support was very quick to assist and had the parts shipped out the same day. Incredible service!
The bike itself is great. Tons of power, range, features etc... the only thing I dont like is the steering at low speeds. This bike should really have a dual crown fork. Once I got use to it, its been fine but the low speed wobbles caught me off-guard for sure.
Love the bike and great support so much I ordered the Raven for my wife. U.S. based support is worth the extra money IMO.

Great customer service experience, online sales as well. The bike is far more powerful than I even realized, wow! The paint is beautiful and the quality is outstanding!

Ok this bike keeps being referred to as the "BEAST" and yes it is ABSOLUTLEY the BEAST!!!!! I'm a big old guy 6'2", 280 pounds and 74 years old. At Christmas I bought a Kingbull Trekker and this spring I got on it and it was an amazing bike! Fat guys hate hills and this gave me the ability to ride a bike and not worry about the hills. Then my wife an avid equestrian got a sever concussion and could no longer ride her horse alone. I volunteered to take my Trekker and follow her and we had so much fun but in the tough sandy steep hills the Trekker just couldn't do it. I started looking for a more powerful e-bike and found the Wired Cruiser. OH MY!!! WHAT A B-E-A-S-T!!!!!!!!!!! I set it up to have 7 levels and I have been able to attack the toughest hills that are 30 degrees and deep sand I even with 280 pounds plus gear I haven't needed to get our of level 3... YES level 3 out of 7 and it is like a tank going up those hills... yes a REAL B-E-A-S-T! I told a friend about it and he came over and rode it and said I could go anywhere with this and even pull a trailer (he is a big time hunter). I honestly can't say anything bad about this. I live in northern Minnesota and can't wait to try this in the snow. Oh one other thing, as I was setting this up I was able to correspond with Heather at Wired and she was fantastic! So nice to be able to talk to someone right here in the US. With my Kingbull the communications with the tech support in China tended to be difficult and not complete.
