Enjoyed the flavours

I have tried all the flavours and my fav was Strawberries and cream. I use the shakes to replace dinner as my work schedule means that dinner ends up being super late and then I don’t sleep as well. I find that replacing with meal shake is so much better than just skipping dinner because I don’t wake up with a brain fog and have more energy to get more done in the morning. It probably helps that it’s got a balance of nutrients which helps with recovering.

Delicious & keeps you full

I’ve just opened my 3rd bag. Flavour is good and it keeps be feeling full for 4-5 hours. It also doesn’t have any artificial sweeteners like other shakes.

Salted caramel meal replacement

Very happy with my purchase. I can honestly say this is the best meal replacement I have ever had. It does not feel heavy It does not leave an aftertaste It does not upset my stomach. 1st time I have ever actually looked forward to shake and not felt like I’m missing out on a meal . Highly recommend
