Love these vitamins!

I have been taking these daily for almost a year now and I notice less brain fog and more energy. I feel as though they also help my mood too. Love how it’s conveniently packaged because I can take them on the go. Great product!

Convenience is key

Conveniently packaged so I can get all of my supplements at one time. This has helped me remember to take all of my supplements. The fish oil is great, doesn’t make me burp.

So far so good!

I’m about to wrap up my first month and although I’ve yet to really notice any benefits, I’m adjusting well to the pack. Some have complained of an off putting odor, but that’s with any supplements especially these premium ingredients. So that is just something you get used to if you want the reward. I can easily take these with a glass of water and no side effects. I will continue to take these as recommended by my OBGYN & ride the wave of Perimenopause
