Raw Pecan Halves

I originally bought for my husband. I always said that I don't like nuts, any nuts, I didnt think that I did. However; I gave them a try, kept reaching for more. They're really delicious. I divided the bag up in 1 lb bags because my husband didnt want to eat them straight from the freezer. I placed in the freezer for freshness as you suggest. He gave the one from the freezer a try and well; I think thats where we will keep them lol.

The pecans look and taste great. Our subscription is for two 3-lb bags every two months. We finish the bags well within the next delivery because we enjoy the taste of these pecans so much. We eat them on green salads, in cereal, and by the handful.
