Very good Magnesium formula! I struggle to stay relaxed & consistently monitor my BP. I usually take at least 300mg. I was very surprised when I noticed BGV were only 100mg? I feel at ease when I take one early in the day & because the dosage is low, I can still take some later in the day.

They taste good, not sure whats causing me to feel more a little more tired although ive been using them for a week now. I am taking the gunny first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then I switched it to night before i go to bed. Again the items were not packaged well as ive seen in other videos and social media posts
