So much better!!
The Fiber GDX is so much better tasting than any other product that I’ve tried. It also doesn’t cause the gas that some of the fibers can cause. This is my go-to for a fiber supplement! Thank you Pause Life!

Effective but needs tweaking
I am not sure I’ll repurchase. I use about 1/2 scoop into my Stanley sized container. The powder doesn’t mix in very well.. it clumps when it hits the water. I’ve tried using both cold and room temperature water. Also, much of the powder ends up at the bottom of my cup so I have to vigorously remix every time I drink. I wish it mixed in like the skin and bone collagen which I love .

Building up to a full scoop. It initially made me very gassy. Now I'm getting used to it. Taste is ok. I put it in my morning yogurt but its better in a smoothie.
