Amazing way to get your electrolytes in

Love these drops. Was introduced to them by my boss and they are a life saver. I add them to my coffee and other drinks throughout the day. Though I learned the hard way, that a little goes a long way. Too much and you will taste it. It is also small enough to bring on the go. Comes in a pack of three so one can always be with me wherever I am at.

great alternative to other electrolyte drinks

My neurologist recommended that I regularly supplement electrolytes, and I had been using other brands with flavoring and sweetener. I don't really enjoy them and probably wasn't taking in as much as I should have. My friend with similar health concerns recommended Buoy to me, and I'm so glad she did! Personally, I do get a kind of mineral taste when I add it to water, but I don't find it unpleasant. Best I can describe is it tastes like the ocean smells. Much more pleasant than the other drinks! I just add buoy to my glasses of water throughout the day. Super easy habit to get into, and I feel more stable than doing 1-2 of the other drinks a day. I haven't tried to rescue salt yet, but I am glad to have it on hand. I am planning to sign up for a subscription when I run low of this order.
