It heats and vibrates, each at 3 different levels, which feels good, but in my first 3 weeks with it I haven't yet felt any noticeable improvement in my stiff neck, sore shoulder, or headache. The Fisiorest from Artuvate has no airbag traction to lift the neck, only the passive ergonomic shape of the pillow to keep your neck aligned during the heated vibration. I'm still hoping, however, for some relief in the coming days.

I find that the heat and massage go together very well. I would say an improvement on the noise level could make it even better. Would love to see some sort of neck stretching function as well. Overall, i enjoy using this product on my tight neck muscles.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. Shipping took much longer than expected, and when the product finally arrived, it didn’t perform anything like it was advertised. It just vibrates and does not provide the massage experience shown in the ads. The worst part has been the return process. I contacted customer service to return the product, but instead of providing return instructions, they kept trying to get me to exchange it for another product. Returning it has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Between the long shipping time, the disappointing product, and the nearly impossible return process, I would not recommend this company or purchase from them again.
