I love these patches, however I wish there was a way you could customize the patches more to look the same rather than a bunch of different designs. I really would love sheets of just inhale/exhale.

I love these. The effect is not extreme, but it is a subtle difference in my level of calm. I use them when I play in tennis matches to keep me from letting my nerves get the best of me.

These are amazing! I was surprised how well these actually work! I traveled with them and they made my trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely continue using these!
