Lovely Halibut
The product arrived in excellent frozen condition. It was a nice portioned piece of halibut and delicious with fresh tarragon, spinach, tomatoes and burrata cheese.

Excellent Halibut!
Fresh Halibut has been very hard to find in our area. Frozen Halibut is mushy and soggy. This Halibut was exceptional to say the least!! Love Love Loved it!! We will most definitely be irredeemable again! Thank you 😊

Delicious Halibut
We were getting low on Alaskan Salmon and Ahi Tuna. So, we tried the Wild Alaskan Halibut. It seared up in 2 minutes in a butter, lemon sauce with herbs, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper. I added a shot of white wine, garnished the Halibut with fresh tarragon and roasted fresh asparagus. A quick and healthy meal. As always, everything arrived in time and was packaged perfectly in dry ice.
