works!

Two on a night im able to take early enough, and one if I get into bed on the later side. One still does the job, but when I have a solid 8 hrs of time to sleep, I like to take two. Love that there is no residual drowsiness in the morning. Once im awake, that's it. Highly recommend.

Great Sleep Combo

Sleep has taken the place of multiple bottles of supplements for me. 3 capsules provide more variety of nutrients than I had been taking, though now in lower strengths than I had been taking individually, but it seems to be as effective. There are definitily a more synergistic blend of nutrients (some of which I wasn't taking), which likely explains why it works as well. I recommend this to anyone who is already overwhelmed with the number of supplements they take at night, as well as those looking for a complete nighttime blend for gentle sleep.
