I've been using another brand of creatine monohydrate for years, and decided to give Lineage a try. I can't say I notice a difference, but it does mix in my coffee better. I also like the added salt. I like a touch of salt in my coffee, and now that's covered. This is a good value.

Mixes Well

Creatine is creatine, but past creatines I've used have had mixing issues. This creatine mixes really well likely because it is micronized. I also appreciate the addition of the sea salt both to help with absorption and adds a bit of electrolytes to whatever I mix it with. Great creatine product that I'll always include in my routine.
