Very Enjoyable Multiple Subtle Flavors

I use the Rancilio Twins, Sylvia with PID and Rocky, that require many, subtle adjustments to properly dial in the making of our morning cappuccinos. But once done, this choice of coffee beans makes for a very flavorful cup on our back patio in the morning, as we enjoy the multitude of flowering and fruiting plants and the recent arrival of a pair of hummingbirds. Thank you for being part of it all.

Best bean to start the day

This is my favorite of all the Mystic Monk coffees. It has a wonderful, rich flavor with a hint of chocolate. I start most days using this bean to make a long espresso (cafe creme) with steamed cream. And then I make a second one!

Good beans!

Despite these beans not turning my husband Catholic, they are absolutely delicious! We are both former baristas and we appreciate the flavor and smoothness of the Colombian roast in the form of an espresso shot. Still praying for a conversion, but if there’s one thing my Protestant husband and I agree on it’s that we enjoy this coffee!
