Blackbird Titanium

Since taking up DE-blade shaving almost a year ago but cursed with a sensitive complexion, I’ve been in search of a razor that can deliver an efficient shave combined with minimal blade-time/irritation, so I can’t recommend the Blackbird Ti enough.

It feels amazing holding it, such a beautiful piece of engineering. Feels fun to shave. Coming from an electric foil shaver it was hard to adjust and I did cut myself the first time but I'm getting used to it slowly and it's becoming fun.

I have sensitive skin, and my go-to razor for years has been the Feather DE with a milder blade. Switching razors is always scary - and a crapshoot. Many advertise that they are "mild," but in reality they are more moderate shavers. So it was with some trepidation that I ordered the Ti Blackbird - with the Lite / mild head. Although I'm still getting acquainted with it, this is a great razor, and I'm glad that I got the Lite head. The build quality, fit and finish are excellent. I also ordered the titanium stand, and it's a nice combination. So far, I'm very satisfied, and I would not hesitate to order another one if I wanted a different finish (I got the matte/satin finish). Nice job on these!
