I have made several attempts to contact your team regarding this order and requested cancellation immediately after it was placed, but I have not received any response. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and instructions for returning the package for a full refund.

Mix feelings, cant dial it in. I have w Eureka mignon plus a diletta belo espresso machine , my shots are coming out watery even at the lowest grind setting. I tried 18 grams 19 grams and 20 grams, same outcome. But the beans looks good,smells nice
