Seems to help me sleep and stay regular but with supplements, it's very hard to know for sure.

I am really loving this magnesium supplement, I like it combines the magnesium in both glycinate and taurate forms so I get the added benefit from these and the delivery was great arriving within the estimated time. I take it in the evening after a meal/snack and I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better too.

Love this company and the magnesium . I feel a difference in my energy on the daily!
