Love My Recteq!

I really do love to cook on my Dualfire! My only complaint is the cost of your pellets. I tried to substitute pellets purchased for 1/3 of your price from Costco, but the Recteq just kept jamming. I resent somewhat that your engineers designed a machine which would only work reliably (read long, unsupervised, cooks) if we buy your proprietary pellets. I dislike being forced to purcjase ONLYyiur pellets if I want consistency. I think you should lower the price you charge for your pellets to loyal customers who purchased Recteq machines!
