First time buying / using, so far so good only 2-3 weeks in, no crash / no side affects, recovery's good, no aches and pains, weights and reps has increased, Currently in a calorie deficit, interested to see the next 4-8 weeks🤞🏻

Not noticed a major difference but, tbf, I haven’t been consistent. Starting my 2nd month, aiming to be more consistent so will see how it goes...

Im a few weeks in already notice a difference in my strength and my muscle growth good stuff will buy again 💪
