Still waiting for something to work
I was taking it every day but it didn't seem to be doing much, but I had to stop taking it due to a skin cancer and the Oncology Pharmacist put it on the list of not to take while I am getting the treatment. When it is done and I get the all clear I will resume taking it every day.
I don't know what ingredient in it was the reason they said not to take it. It seemed like the listed things were all good for me.
