Love how it's collagen and biotin in one so I don't have to buy multiple products but hair shedding started again idk if it because I switched from another product to this one or what but I'm going to give it the 90b days it says for it to fully take affect before I give up and go back to the other product

Perfect in my coffee. No taste. Disolves with a quick stir. Only been using for a week. Not sure if I feel or see any difference, but I am hopeful.

Only been using a short while but already see some difference in the way my skin looks and feels. Hope with continued use it will help with my joints and ligaments.
