Optimal Magnesium

Good for most but not all

My wife and my daughter do well on this magnesium but I think because of my SNPs (slower COMT, fast MAOA, slow CBS) I am on of the 5-15% that get a paradoxical effect from glycine and anything chelated to it like mag glycinate. Causes insomnia and racing thoughts. Tried different brands and always the same.
