Buff Pump

The flavor is incredible, and I love that it gives me that little *extra* for a workout without making my heart race from caffeine! It is also great for afternoon workouts.

I’ve used Buff Pump before, and it never failed to help me push through a workout on days I was feeling a little meh. This flavor variant is no different, plus it tastes great. Honestly I think I like it better than the sour lemon, and that’s saying something. I hope they keep pink lemonade around!

I absolutely love this preworkout! I was aware it contained beta-alanine when I bought it, so that wasn’t a surprise. They absolutely nailed the flavor on this one, it tastes amazing, mixes well and gives me clean, consistent energy without making me feel jittery. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I’m personally not a fan of the beta-alanine. I know a lot of people enjoy it but I don’t like the itchy, tingling feeling it gives me. If there were a version without beta-alanine, it would easily be a 5 star product for me.
