I tried this and it worked like a gem. I love it because it doesn’t upset my stomach like magnesium. I’m definitely going to order more!

I don’t wake up as often at night. Still wake up, but not nearly as much as before. Feel more rested.

Really Works!!
I think I tried multiple tinctures for sleep, but the one does the job! I do not wake up tired or restless. The only complaint is the bitter taste, but it is well worth it.
