Colon Cleanse Program™

I was very excited to start the Colon Cleanse- as this would be my 1st step in serveral of the cleanses. Everything came out fine (pun intended) and it was an extra bonus having the complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. Thank you Global Healing!!!

Water to solid

I was grateful the plan encouraged us to raise or lower the # of pills to take at night. I started the first 3-4 nights with the recommended amt of pills but had very watery, lose stools. I lowered the number of pills to 4 each night for the last 3 nights. That worked WAY better! Lose stools but not watery. The last day was even a full on bm. Nice! I didn't lose any weight or feel any different during or after the cleanse so I'm not sure what (if?) it accomplished? I'm now starting the Liver Cleanse after a 4 day cleanse rest.
