I didn’t even get to the benefits. It was completely unpalatable. It tastes like burnt molasses. :(

I take this every day. I’m not sure just yet what it’s suppose to do but I’ll keep using it, Some things are worth waiting for. I do seem to have a little bit more energy than I had. So that’s what I’m hoping will increase.
