Buff Whey

The flavor is mid, but the powder does not mix well at all. You must be prepared to wait at least a half hour for it to fully absorb into any liquid. I’ve tested it with both water and almond milk and no matter how much I shake or blend it, it’s still chunky. It takes so long to dissolve, and I don’t love that. It taste slightly salty. Not my favorite buff chick product.

Fudge brownie is a great tasting flavor! It mixes well with my overnight oats and satisfies my sweet tooth☺️

My favorite protein, hands down! I keep coming back to this no matter what else I try. My go-to for shakes and overnight oats, but especially Ninja creami in the summer 😍
