I ought to get off of melatonin or wine to sleep. It doesn’t seem to work. I like the formula though. Confident in it having benefits. I normally sleep well. Just wanted something better on those high wire nights. I still have to fall back on melatonin sometimes. I’m not really taking the kava cuz I didn’t find it worked
