I started with the mushroom supplement which I felt helped with cognitive function. I lose less words taking it. I added the calm supplemental and notice no difference, the same with the joint supplement. I also tried Brain with no noticeable difference. The last thing I tried was the GLP-1 supplement. It does curb hunger. I released six pounds and now at three months later and I have plateaued. Still taking it and hopeful.

I’ve been using these for about 5 weeks for mood improvement. There has been a noticeable improvement. I am usually skeptical about supplements but I am glad I gave these a try.
