Still flashing
Iām not going to lie, Iām still going through the hot flashes and night sweats. But itās not as bad as it was last year. Iāve been in a weight management program and Iām also on Wegovy. I have lost about 40 pounds, itās taken me a year or so to do this and I still have more to lose. So what I am trying to say is that I donāt expect to be cured of my symptoms at all, just ease up on them. I will continue to use this supplement and maybe some day I can honestly say that I feel better. And no, Iām not going to send a picture š
