This has made me completely regular which is a nice feeling to finally have.

Simply Didn't Work

I was influenced by the Armchair Expert Episode. After gut issues with constipation dating back to early childhood, I decided to try it after claims that it wasn't like other products and that 90 days would certainly show results. I spent the money, completed 90 days, and experienced no changes.

No result

I have been using this product for 3 months as suggested by my physician, to see if it improved some digestive issues I am having. So far there has been no effect, positive or negative. I am planning to take it for another 3 months to give it a fair shake, but at this point I am not optimistic it will do anything to help me.
