Pendulum Glucose Control

The product is shipping cold, with cold packs and insulation. The idea is clearly to have the probiotic bottle box in contact with the cold packs and all wrapped in the insulation. Mine this month was shipped with the pedulum bottle box separated from the cold packs by the insulation. All arrived very hot. Pedulum is very clear about refrigerating the product but the subpar packaging makes me wondering if paid $99 for a dead probiotic.

Not sure why but every time i take it i get a stomach ache. I don’t know if this is normal?? I hate to rate the product because i do not know if my body is supposed to adapt. Please advise

I accidentally ordered an extra 3 months and customer service quickly got back to me to cancel one and make sure I dont receive another for 6 months.
