Machine is very sturdy, smooth and well built. I am 6ft7, so it's a little small getting into and out of, but offers a full ROM.

The Perfect Deep Squat Machine

I have trouble doing deep squats with my Smith machine, and I read all about the more natural movement allowed by pendulum squat machines. Well, I'm now a believer too. I love how deep I can go with this squat machine, all while protecting my back. Great purchase!

To say I was humbled would be an understatement. This machine is designed in such a way that it requires way less weight to absolutely thrash your legs. We don't need to pound on 300 lb to get a work out in... In my legs were on fire after about 10 reps, and I only had 90 lb on the pins... Highly recommend. It's a little large of a footprint, but if you have the square footage available, this is worth the money
